Today is a day off. I completed the last of the undecorating from Christmas, and the bins are ready to store away for another year. Funny how long it takes to put it all away. I also decided to make some spritz cookies and try out all the different disks. I added some cardamom to the recipe, but you can't taste much difference. They are plain vanilla cookies with a tiny bit of almond extract. In the end, I melted some chocolate and dipped a few. I'm going to make a plate of them and take to the neighbors tonight. And try not to eat them myself.
