The great weigh-in update
I weighed in at Weight Watchers tonight. I'm 6.5 pounds down in one week! Hooray. It works if you count every bite and write everything you eat down in your points journal. Not something that everyone would want to do, but it obviously works for me. I celebrated when I got home with 4 oz. baked chicken (no skin), 1/2 cup of rice and a cup of chopped broccoli. For dessert George fixed me one (one!) scoop of low-fat mint chocolate chip frozen yogurt. Delish!
